Team Vision: Pursue healthy lifestyles by balancing mental health with running and positive relationships.

Our program is just entering our 6th season. We train from June to late November and compete in local and out of state Cross Country races (typically 5k distance). Our team is over 50 athletes strong consisting of all grade levels and abilities (9-12). In 2020, we sent one athlete to state. In 2021 we sent a boys team (7) and one girl to state. In 2022 we sent the boys team and two girls. In 2023 we sent both teams to State. We're goal-focused on always improving. In 2022 we embarked on our first out of state meet to the Mt. Sac Invitational (and our Frosh boys placed 8th!) and continue to host the annual Vail Jingle Trail races in December. In 2023 Varsity athletes attended Woodbridge in California and in 2024 the entire team attended with the entire team setting new PRs. 

Our boys team finished 2nd in State and girls team finished 4th. We're proud of their efforts to continuously improve while maintaining high standards for themselves, their school, and their community. We volunteer at local races and our home course is a product of much labor, including two Eagle Scout projects. 

We also eat a lot of spaghetti at team dinners and aim to balance academics with running and community team building. We are MOUNTAIN strong! GO BOLTS!
