Register for the Remind Text Messages that the Coaches send out. This is our #1 way we communicate.
Summer training will start in June. Attendance is highly recommended to begin bonding as a team and build aerobic fitness. We realize athletes need a break and advocate for that in May as well as the first week of July.

In Season practices in season are Monday - Friday at Mica Mountain High School from 3:55pm-5:55pm. Practices on Saturday are typically earlier in the morning and the location varies. We race "dual meets" with 1-3 other local high school programs and compete in Invitationals with 10-300 other teams. The coaches will get info out weekly about times and locations. We plan to travel out of town for several meets. Athletes will train individually AND as a team. Helping your athlete do their best to stay hydrated, fueled, well rested, and excited will make this sport way more fun. We thank you for helping!
