What do I need to know about Cross Country?
Register for the Remind Text Messages that the Coaches send out. This is our #1 way we communicate.
Summer training will start in June. Attendance is highly recommended to begin bonding as a team and build aerobic fitness. We realize athletes need a break and will provide a summer training schedule online through Garmin.
Complete the Parent Volunteer Survey. We thank you for finding a way to help out our program. The more you help, the better dedicated coaching we can give your athletes. We are thankful to have such a dedicated parent network!
In Season practices in season are Monday - Friday at Mica Mountain High School from 3:55pm-5:45pm. Practices on Saturday are typically earlier in the morning and the location varies. We race "dual meets" with 1-3 other local high school programs and compete in Invitationals with 10-300 other teams. The coaches will get info out weekly about times and locations. Athletes will train individually AND as a team. Helping your athlete do their best to stay hydrated, fueled, well rested, and excited will make this sport way more fun. We thank you for helping them get to us ready to go!
