Summer Training: June through July

Summer Work Begins June 1:

Messages will be sent out via Remind. We plan to host at least 1-3 coached practices per week while offering summer weights and a summer running schedule. Info will be conveyed to athletes in May with a lunch meeting, Remind messaging (see at the bottom of page!), and Instragram announcements.

Summer Weights Schedule 

Incoming Frosh: Mon-Thurs 8-9am
Soph-Sr Girls: 9-10am

Soph-Sr Boys: 10-11am
