Messages will be sent out via Remind. We plan to host at least 2-3 coached practices per week while offering summer weights and a summer running schedule. Info was conveyed to athletes in May with a lunch meeting, Parent Info Meeting, Remind messaging (see at the bottom of page!), and Instragram announcements.
